We evaluated and picked the best performing reagents to produce a robust and cost-effective growth paradigm. This ensures proper culture and cryopreservation of iPSCs while maintaining viability, pluripotency and genomic integrity of the cells.

• Laminin 521: A reliable extracellular matrix for consistent adherence and growth.
• HiDef-B8 Medium: A modified version of Essential 8
• PBS-EDTA: A gentle effective cell dissociation reagent for clump passaging.
• CEPT Cocktail: A blend of pro-survival molecules as an alternative to ROCKi.
• PluriFreeze 10: A cryopreservation reagent developed by Pluristyx, specifically tailored for pluripotent stem cells.
